  • How do I determine my human resources needs?  

    If you’re here, it means you have identified certain HR issues within your company: recruitment difficulties, high staff turnover, employee disengagement, frequent or increasing number of sickness absences, etc,. or you are navigating structural changes, such as the implementation of digital tools (digital shift) or an acquisition. To help you find out where to get started, we will conduct an HR diagnosis to determine your organizational health. Once we have a clear picture of your current needs, we can suggest a corresponding action plan, drawing on our diverse yet complementary selection of human resources consulting services.

  • What kind of candidates do you recruit for your clients?  

    We are true all-rounders when it comes to human resources and recruitment expertise. Because of this, we are able to provide support to all types of organizations: from SMEs to large corporations, including NPOs and start-ups, and to meet their specific and sometimes technical recruitment needs. We even recruit on an international level. Our talent acquisition specialists have industry-specific expertise and are located province-wide.
